  3. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days, depending on your payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as promotional offers, limited-time memberships, or one-time usage features (e.g., profile boosting or specific matchmaking events), are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation of Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
